She loves getting into the detail, keeping on top of the latest developments and finding the answer to even the trickiest questions. A natural teacher, Jenny plays an important role in training and supporting the team, generously sharing the knowledge she’s built over her career.

But there’s much more to Jenny than tax. Friendly, caring and interested in people, she takes the time to get to know her clients and what matters to them. Greg Hughes

Client Manager

Greg brings a level of commercial acumen that comes from a career spent both inside and outside accounting. From running his own advertising agency to being a senior partner in a national accounting firm, his experience across business, sales and marketing means he sees things through the eyes of a business owner, not just an accountant.

With particular expertise in the construction industry and working with medium-sized businesses, Greg likes to look outside the square. He brings commercial thinking and a pragmatic approach to the table, often seeing opportunities and solutions others might miss. Loyalty and openness are at the heart of how he works, and he enjoys getting alongside his clients, whether that’s in the office, over a beer at the pub or out on the golf course.

Greg’s life outside accounting has been just as varied. He’s been a professional rugby referee, trained racehorses and travelled extensively. He stays active with the gym and yoga, loves a good BBQ with friends and family, and is rarely too far from his golden retriever.

Greg is most definitely not your stereotypical accountant.

Caleb Bottcher

Client Manager

After starting his accounting career at BDO, Caleb joined +MORE and quickly made his mark. He brings the same focus, drive and determination to accounting as he does to his professional mountain biking career. A quick learner with a natural ability to pick up new skills, he’s built a strong reputation within the team for his work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to give anything a go.

As a high-performance athlete, Caleb knows that good results don’t happen by accident. He brings that same disciplined approach to his work, with a particular interest in developing smarter systems and finding better ways of doing things for clients and the team.

Outside of work, mountain biking is naturally a big part of Caleb’s life. He’s also a keen cook and takes his nutrition seriously. When you’re balancing an accounting career with professional sport, fuelling well is pretty important!
