At Grace Team +MORE, we’re all about helping business owners make smarter decisions and achieve real success. But don’t just take our word for it — hear from the people who matter most: our clients.
In the early days Lindsay provided guidance and crunched the numbers for us so we knew where we were headed. He was instrumental in many aspects of the business in those early days.
We really noticed a difference when we invested in systems — and Grace Team +MORE was right there with us, helping guide those decisions.
Grace Team +MORE helped us build a structure that rewards long-term commitment. We now have a team harmonised by a key goal — to make the company successful.
Having Michael’s advice on financial analysis and cost management has been instrumental. It’s not just about numbers; it’s about having a partner who understands the business landscape and helps us navigate future challenges.
We've worked with Grace Team +MORE for a number of years and more recently in the Business Coaching capacity. We're now working on a business plan with Michael. The coaching is great for accountability - makes sure you do what you say you’re going to do.
Michael, Lindsay and the team have been my business and trust accountants for too long to remember and have always been great to deal with! With the finger on the pulse around the construction industry. They helped with guidance when starting my business, with changing technology they have taken up the challenge and grown into business, advisors, coaches and a raft of other related services to expand on their core accountancy business. Great people, great service.
Michael holds me accountable, has a pragmatic view, and always looks for ways to streamline the business to build lasting value. He explains things in layman’s terms, making it easy for me to understand and act on the planning we do. He’s calm, focused on creating financial freedom, and his guidance is invaluable.
I was tired of hearing from my accountant once a year and always a year too late. I wanted to have my finger on the pulse and you can’t do that after the fact. Moving to Grace Team +MORE was a game changer
As a business owner you’re always wanting to push boundaries to get the most out of your finances. What you need though is a trusted accountant who will make sure that you don’t actually cross those boundaries
Our experience with Grace Team +MORE has been nothing short of exceptional. Michael Grace is an absolute pro, and his staff is experienced, kind and patient. I highly recommend Grace Team +MORE to anyone looking for a top notch accounting firm.
