Jason Keen

DIRECTOR

jason.keen@plusmore.co.nz

Jason leads +MORE Wellington. He has significant experience supporting ambitious business owners to scale their ideas into reality. His industry knowledge spans retail, hospitality, technology, real estate services, engineering and manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, tourism, construction, and the trades.

Jason’s expertise covers various services, including business coaching, forecasting, annual planning, sale preparation, valuation, restructuring, and business and shareholder tax advice.

Jason is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He is a former Wairarapa College student and Massey University Graduate with a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accounting and a Diploma in Agribusiness.

Jason’s a keen golfer and sports fan and can be regularly found doing business wherever it needs to be done, golf courses included.

Jeremy Anderson

PRINCIPAL

Jeremy takes pride in guiding business owners through planning, forecasting, and coaching with tools and strong business connections to help them grow their capability and performance.

Jeremy is a graduate of Wairarapa College and Lincoln University. He has five years of international finance, operations and equities experience from his time in London and is also a Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand member.

Jeremy holds extensive industry experience in the trades, retail, professional services, media and film sector, construction, wholesale, hospitality, and project management.

Jeremy’s love of sports and horse racing keeps him busy on the weekends. You’ll likely find Jeremy at the stables with his horse Barri if he’s not playing cricket or rugby.

Stacey Taylor

SENIOR MANAGER

Stacey is a Chartered Accountant who oversees and optimises workflow management, capacity planning, internal business process improvement, and client and administration management.

She enjoys interacting with clients, mentoring the team, and ensuring quality in the work delivered.

Outside work, Stacey loves spending time with her daughter, getting out in the garden, shopping, cuddling up with her cats on the couch, and watching movies.

Sumaiya Cassim

SENIOR MANAGER

With over a decade of experience in taxation across South Africa and New Zealand, Sumaiya brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients and our team.

Sumaiya has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and an Honours degree in Taxation. In her role at +MORE, Sumaiya supports workflow and internal processes while providing clients with comprehensive business and tax advice to help them achieve their goals.

What she enjoys most is interacting and working closely with clients to understand their business and find solutions to their complex tax issues. She prides herself on building strong relationships with her clients by providing quality service, adding value to their business, and helping them succeed.

Outside of work, Sumaiya has two young children. Together, they enjoy exploring the great outdoors, and on weekends, you can find Sumaiya experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen.

Ali McDonnell

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

Ali supports a wide range of clients with preparing financial statements and tax returns, payroll processing and training, and Xero, as well as looking after several clients’ finance functions and participating in financial data analysis.

Ali has gained practical skills and experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial analysis. She finds satisfaction in contributing to the financial health of the clients and businesses she supports.

Outside work, Ali enjoys socialising with friends and family, music festivals, gigs, travelling, and getting out in nature with her gorgeous rescue dog, Lilly.

Deb Campbell

CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

Our Wellington office would be lost without Deb! As well as providing administrative support to the directors and managers, Deb ensures the office runs smoothly, managing areas like reception, client meeting scheduling, accounts receivables, debtors and more.

Deb enjoys interacting with our clients and loves that every day is different.

Outside of work, Deb enjoys the outdoors, going on bush walks, yoga and spending quality time with whanau and friends.

Anna Crow

PEOPLE & CULTURE MANAGER

anna.crow@plusmore.co.nzAnna oversees the human resources function across the +MORE Group. She is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining talent and ensuring that our teams embody our company values and purpose daily.

Anna enjoys getting to know every team member and working with them and their manager to help them achieve their career goals. Seeing employees succeed is what motivates her!

Outside work, Anna loves spending time with her family. She has two teenage boys who love to get out and about – from multi-day bike rides in different parts of the country to catching the latest movie to board games on rainy days.

Claire Bryant

MARKETING MANAGER

claire.bryant@plusmore.co.nzClaire manages our marketing activities across the +MORE Group. She is responsible for our brand across New Zealand and fuels our social media pages, website, content, communications, and client events.

What Claire enjoys most about her role is the opportunity to educate NZ business owners on how +MORE services can support them to grow their capability and achieve their version of success, whatever success looks like to them.

Outside the marketing world, Claire loves going for walks with a coffee in hand, socialising with friends, trying new food spots, and heading away for the weekends to explore NZ and abroad.

Jason, Jeremy, and the whānau from +MORE always go the extra mile to ensure we get the support we need.
