Paul Duynhoven



Paul is a proud local who grew up on a dairy farm in Egmont Village. He leads +MORE Taranaki while working with the team to help clients achieve their goals.

As a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience working with agricultural and commercial clients, Paul contributes to the success of his client’s businesses daily, providing practical advice that makes a difference.

Paul graduated from the University of Waikato with First Class Honours in Accounting and did a stint of secondment with a large multinational company early in his career. He completed the Kellogg Rural Leadership Course in 2019, where he did a research project on succession planning.

Outside work, Paul is a competitive cyclist, having won a number of medals as an age group cyclist and finished the Tour of Southland in 2022. Paul is also part of the Southern Cross Racing Academy cycling team and the current president of Cycling New Plymouth.

Chris Sole



As Principal of +MORE Taranaki, Chris offers comprehensive financial guidance to our clients, advising them on the most effective strategies for structuring and managing their resources to help them achieve their business objectives.

What Chris enjoys most about his role is each day presents a dynamic array of challenges and inquiries, including the opportunity to mentor and support our younger team members, drawing upon his wealth of experience.

Chris maintains a longstanding affiliation with the local Institute of Chartered Accountants, currently serving on its committee. In recognition of his past role as a local secretary, he was honoured with the prestigious FCA designation for his outstanding service.

Outside work, Chris is an avid follower of local rugby, namely Tukapa and the Taranaki Bulls, and plays golf and squash.

Glenys Schreiber



Glenys brings a wealth of expertise to our team and her clients with over 30 years of experience, including a background at one of the big four accounting firms, a Chartered Accountant and CPP qualification, an in-depth knowledge of the agricultural industry, and the challenges faced through her farming background.

Glenys’s role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes both commercial and farming clients, offering them expert advice on matters such as tax, business structure, budgeting, business growth, and addressing day-to-day challenges.

Glenys enjoys interacting with clients and assisting them on their growth journey, readily diving into hands-on client work when necessary and educating them about their business and the systems they use. As a farmer, she is passionate about agriculture and dedicated to staying updated on tax legislation and technological advancements.

Outside +MORE, Glenys owns multiple farms with her husband Wayne, encompassing a dairy unit and a beef and sheep operation. Life can be quite hectic with a busy work schedule and farm responsibilities. However, she cherishes time with her three grown children and their children in her spare moments. Glenys is also an avid rugby enthusiast and can often be found on the sideline for junior rugby matches or watching the All Blacks in action.

Stephanie Phillips



Steph is a Senior Accountant at +MORE with over 18 years of experience in the accounting industry.

What she enjoys most about her role is the variety of commercial clients she works with, the supportive team environment, and the fact she is continuously learning.

Steph completed a Bachelor of Accounting at Massey University and has extensive Xero experience.

Outside work, Steph enjoys spending time with her husband, Stephen, and their two young children, Harrison and Paige.

Andrea Bell



Andrea’s role involves preparing commercial and farming financial statements and returns, payroll and creditor payments, Xero reconciliation, and supporting her clients with their businesses.

Working with a range of clients and helping them achieve their goals is what Andrea enjoys most about her role.

Andrea has an accounting technician qualification and a Business Studies and Accounting diploma.

Outside work, she will most likely be hitting the beach, travelling, campervanning, doing quizzes, or getting amongst any outdoor activities.

Judy O'Neill



Judy started her accounting career in Hawera, South Taranaki, in the mid-’80s with a firm that specialised in farm accounting. While employed there, she studied extramurally for her National Certificate in Business Studies, majoring in accounting.

Much of her current accounting and GST work is still for dairy farming clients, but she also does accounting work for commercial clients.

Outside of work, Judy enjoys reading, sewing, and square dancing. She also has three adult children who live across New Zealand and Australia.

Martin van Paassen



Martin is an accountant with four years of experience in farm accounting and compliance.

His keen enthusiasm for IT and systems integration, coupled with his expertise in accounting, underlines his commitment to harnessing technology’s potential.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Martin is a talented musician and finds joy in unraveling intricate puzzles and engaging in various board games and activities.

Sophie Mann



Sophie’s role involves supporting clients with preparing financial statements and tax returns, payroll, and monthly management reporting.

With an Accounting diploma and experience as a financial controller and business owner, Sophie is well-equipped to help her clients succeed.

Sophie has always loved numbers, so being able to work with them every day is what she enjoys most.

Outside work, Sophie loves watching a good movie, catching up with family and friends, and having a good laugh. She also has three cats, which is worth a mention!

Jacqueline Blake



Jacqueline’s role involves being clients’ initial point of contact, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere whether they visit in person or contact us by phone. She also manages records and information and offers essential administrative support to our +MORE team.

What she finds most enjoyable about her role is the opportunity to build relationships with our clients and that each day brings new and diverse challenges.

Jacqueline loves spending time with her husband and their two teenage children outside work.

Sade Brookes



Sade ensures seamless interactions and support for our valued clients. Her role involves fielding client enquiries, scheduling appointments, connecting clients with the right team members, and much more.

What Sade enjoys the most about her role is working with our lovely clients. Whether assisting clients or team members, she takes immense satisfaction in making a positive impact, whether big or small.

Outside the office, Sade’s world revolves around her loving family; she’s a proud wife and mum. When she’s not busy with family life, you’ll likely find Sade on a quest for the perfect coffee with a view. She enjoys exploring the charming cafes of Taranaki, sipping on a delightful caramel latte while taking in the picturesque scenery.

Anna Crow



Anna oversees the human resources function across the +MORE Group. She is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining talent and ensuring that our teams embody our company values and purpose daily.

Anna enjoys getting to know every team member and working with them and their manager to help them achieve their career goals. Seeing employees succeed is what motivates her!

Outside work, Anna loves spending time with her family. She has two teenage boys who love to get out and about – from multi-day bike rides in different parts of the country to catching the latest movie to board games on rainy days.

Claire Bryant



Claire manages our marketing activities across the +MORE Group. She is responsible for our brand across New Zealand and fuels our social media pages, website, content, communications, and client events.

What Claire enjoys most about her role is the opportunity to educate NZ business owners on how +MORE services can support them to grow their capability and achieve their version of success, whatever success looks like to them.

Outside the marketing world, Claire loves going for walks with a coffee in hand, socialising with friends, trying new food spots, and heading away for the weekends to explore NZ and abroad.
